Jody Reid - Founder and CEO

Jody Reid became a licensed Real Estate Appraiser and founded AMR Appraisals in 2004. Jody grew the company into a broad-function multi-state regional appraisal management company long before implementation of Home Valuation Code of Conduct (HVCC) and the resulting proliferation of appraisal management companies. This head start, combined with the benefits of hands-on appraisal experience, an excellent appraiser track record, and natural entrepreneurial abilities, positioned AMR to respond to new market realities created by the 2009 implementation of HVCC.

The company was subsequently renamed Got Appraisals, and under Reid's leadership has continued to grow its infrastructure, business processes, technology and has built a coast-to-coast network of elite appraisal professionals that now produce first class appraisals on a national scale.

Reid's firm belief in old fashioned hard work, unmatched customer service, and commitment to excellence has allowed Got Appraisals to succeed in an industry full of turbulence, regulatory uncertainty, and constant change. Nick Roberson - Vice President of Operations

Nick Roberson as Vice President of Operations is responsible for overseeing appraisal ordering, customer service, and quality control. With a staff training curriculum covering almost every aspect of residential appraisals, customer service and communication, Nick leads the GOT Appraisals team to delivery of high quality appraisals, great customer service, fast turn times, minimized corrections and superior relationships with Lender clients and in-field Appraisers.

Nick previously held roles as Appraisal Manager for Washington Mutual, BNC Mortgage, and Providian Financial. He was the Chief Appraiser with the National AMC, Appraisal Enhancement Services where he handled recruiting, management, education of nationwide appraisal staff, oversight of the rebuttal/dispute process and delivery of "Red Flag" seminars industry wide.

Prior to entering the residential side of the industry, Nick was an associate commercial appraiser in Kansas City, MO, for Don C. Peete and Associates, appraising office complexes, auto dealerships, HUD PUD's, commercial land, plus the historic KC Uptown Theater.

Phil Forster - Chief Information Officer

Phil Forster as Chief Information Officer is responsible for overseeing technology development throughout Got Appraisals, including both internally-facing and externally-facing systems, in support of the delivery of high quality appraisals, flawless customer service, and fast turn times.

Phil previously held roles as Software Architect at Genworth Financial, designing risk management, reporting, and document management software for financial advisors, and at Assetmark, supporting over 61,000 financial advisors and 85,000 clients in a security-intensive environment. Phil also was a software engineer operating on contract basis for a wide range of companies, as well as for Quokka Sports, specializing in software design for live stream feeds for sports events worldwide. Prior to entering the technology world, Phil was a commercial pilot for several years.

Nicole Stefani - Business Manager

As the Business Manager at Got Appraisals, Nicole works directly with the President, Vice President of Operations, operating teams, and CIO to manage staffing levels and human resources matters, run Policies and Procedures training programs, manage accounting reports, and manage operating, tax, and regulatory documentation requirements for the company.
